Wills, Power of Attorney

When the time comes to think about the possibility of death or incapacity, creating a Will and an estate plan is one of the best ways to care for your family.  Even if your assets are limited, it will be easier on your family if your wishes are known.  You may also need to grant someone you trust a power of attorney that allows that person to manage your financial affairs if you are unable to do so.  Allow our office to assist you in preparing these documents:

  • Wills

  • Healthcare Power of Attorney

  • Durable Power of Attorney
